Yogurt...

I like yogurt.

Today, I have just completed my lecture on Cellular Respiration, the aerobic and anaerobic. I have enjoyed the discussion, I mean my discussion becaise I felt so knowlegble (hehehe...), no, actually I really like this topic and I feel like I'm munching mouth-watering empanada whenever I am lecturing on this topic.

So I have discussed how ATPs were produce SLP and OP, and I most like the accounting part. I know some teachers do not see the importance of this 'accounting' part, but I beg to disagree.

I believe that one way of knowing if the students really understood the topic is by their able to account how many of this and that are produced in this and that reaction, given how many of this and that moles of this and that molecule involved in the reaction...

Anyways, I am done explaining about the fermentation process, and I asked my students if they are interested in doing laboratory activity on Yogurt making, and they responded affirmatively.

So, I am preparing now the protocol for this activity. I hope that everything will turn out alright =)

Sunday morn...

Today is Sunday, and what a beautiful day to wake up!

Though the sun is not up as clouds pregnant of water hovers the entire sky, ready to shower its bounty of cool and relaxing rain.

Wife and I climbed up to the rooftop to feel the rain, and perhaps bathe in its continuous puddle?

Ahh... such a delight to feel the cool breeze caressing my skin...

What better way to relax and unwind after a long and arduous week...
